The European Commission published its sampling results on Dec. 5 of 2007 to all cooperating parties. The following points shall be focused:

1. 125 exporting producers cooperated in this case, and EC sampled 13 largest producers. The percentage is around 10% and still select the largest on the basis of export volume.

2. The quantity of domestic sales are also taken into consideration.

3. The sample covered 61% of reported volume exported to EC during IP.

4. 5 days for coments or suggestions are granted for interested parites and Chinese Government is also entitled for making comments.
